Trick'or Treating the Walmart Way

On our way in to Daddy's office to do some Trick'or Treating!
Hundreds of kids... hundreds of pounds of candy...but this little ladybug is ready!
Kinda looks like a rat maze in here, Daddy.
Super-cool gumdrop decorations!
I didn't realize computer geeks can be crafty.

Wait, pumpkins are orange... so what's the deal here?

Bailey's first sucker... what a mess
...what a great pacifier!

Hope everyone has a happy and safe Halloween!

Pumpkin Patch!

Last Sunday we headed to the pumpkin patch so Bailey could find the perfect pumpkin!
"Hurry up Mommy!"
"Hmmm, so many to choose from."
"I like this one!"
"But it's so heavy!"
Isn't this the cutest cow you ever did see?
Or how about this cute sheep.
Two piggies.
"I see you down there."

Taking a hay wagon ride.
Unfortunately, the next day Bailey came down with a fever that lasted for three days due to teething. The poor thing screamed any time she tried to eat anything remotely hard. Those back chompers hurt when they come through.
On a good note, the fever is now gone and we have our happy little girl back again.

Park and Playground Fun

Bailey loves to be outside, so a few weekends ago we went to some of the local parks and playgrounds so she could roam around and play.
You can tell these were taken a little while ago because it definitely isn't as warm here anymore.
Here she is at the outdoor playground at the mall. The playground has her favorite attraction.....animals!
"These animals are smiling like they're gonna eat me for dinner!"
"Higher Daddy!"

Bailey met up with her boyfriend, Truman. We can't keep these two lovebirds away from each other.
"Truman, I wish these swings were closer together so we could hold hands."

Elaine Melinda Studio = AWESOME!!

Our friend, Elaine Gardner, who is a very talented photographer donated one of her photography sessions to a silent auction for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Knowing how talented she is, we made sure to put in the winning bid! We headed to Tanyard Creek (one of our favorite places if you can't tell) and she took some great pictures.
To see the pictures go to: http://elainemelindastudio.blogspot.com/ and go to her Sunday, October 4th entry.
If you live in Northwest Arkansas, we highly recommended her to do your family photos, weddings and more. Even if you don't live nearby, I am sure something can be arranged!

Move and Zoo!

Just to clarify from our previous post, we are moving, but we are only moving about 10 miles away from where we currently live. We love our current house, and Andy is really sad to be losing his dream basement, but we decided to take advantage of an opportunity to move into a larger house, closer to all of the action. Andy will only have a two minute drive to work and also have a much shorter drive to the U of A for school. I am still working part time from home, however, my job requires visits to the Walmart Home Office almost once a week, if not more. Currently it takes me about 30-40 minutes to make a round trip-- it will only take me 5 minutes from our new house! Plus we'll be closer to all of Bailey's activities; swim classes, Gymboree, Mom's Day Out (more on that later), etc.
So, with all of that said, our current house is up on the market and ready for sale!
First come, first served!
One of Bailey's new favorite play areas... the driveway.

News Flash!!! Bailey still absolutely loves animals.
...so we took a trip to the Tulsa Zoo a couple weekends ago.
One of Bailey's favorite parts was the petting zoo where Mickey the goat tried to eat Bailey's outfit!
Baaaaaaaailey!

Arrived just in time to see the Sea Lion show.
"Daddy, what's that smell?"
"It's not me!"
